Flat Iron Heritage Center Museum and the Frank Melega Art Museum on Market Street in Brownsville is open to the public from 11?a.m. to 2?p.m. Monday through Saturday, 1 to 4?p.m. Sunday, or by appointment. There is no admission charge but donations are welcome. The museum features artifacts from the National Road and industrial eras as well as a gift shop. To schedule an appointment, call 724-785-9331.
The Fayette County Law Library presents Julia Hair, of the Fayette County Courthouse, as artist of the month of August. Hair’s collection of photography can be seen at the Law Library on the second floor of the Fayette County Courthouse. The public is invited, admission is free and the hours of operation are from 8?a.m. to 4:30?p.m. Monday through Friday.

“A Chorus Line” will be presented at The Geyer Performing Arts Center at 111 Pittsburgh St., Scottdale, tonight through Sunday. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. through Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday. The show is directed by Michael and Tricia Rohlf and music directed by Brad Henry. Tickets can be reserved by calling the box office at 724-887-0887.
