DELIVERY POLICY           

Our carriers strive to deliver your paper by 7 am weekdays and 8 am on Sunday.  If your paper is missing or needs replaced, contact  Customer Service by 10 am and a replacement copy will be delivered as soon as possible.  Customers who live outside our redelivery area or who call after 10 am may opt to receive credit for the issue or have a replacement paper delivered the following day.
