Uniontown Rotary Club is holding its annual health awareness screening each Saturday in March at the Senior Life, 89 W. Fayette St., Uniontown. Hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

The multiphasic blood test includes a 39-test profile for $38. Optional tests are also included with additional costs. To bill insurance company, participants must have a prescription from their doctor.
