THE CENTER IN THE WOODS, BROWNSVILLE, HOSTED A ST.
The Center in the Woods, Brownsville, hosted a St. Patrick’s Day party for the participants from the Senior Center and the Adult Day Center. The children from The Village Child Care Center, located at Center in the Woods, also attended. The California University Jazz Ensemble, directed by Max Gonano, a full-size jazz ensemble consisting of instrumentalist and vocalists, performed.
In the photo at left, Nicole Current (center), director of the Village Child Care Center, dances to the music of the jazz ensemble with the children from the Center. Below, Gonano, directs the ensemble in one of many selections performed.
