Ora Laughery, formerly of Uniontown, celebrated her 98th birthday April 28.

An open house with family and friends was held in Elmore, Ohio, and was given by her daughter Louella Libertino at the home of her granddaughter, Lisa Wegman.

There to celebrate with her were her daughter Louella and husband Jim, four grandchildren, Dr. Jamie Imlay (David), Coral Long, Lisa Wegman (Bob) and Jay Libertino.

Also joining in the celebration were Laughery’s three great grandchildren Andrew Long, Shaina Dunn and Christina Long, all of Ohio, niece Darlene Dominick of Uniontown and many long time friends.

Laughery currently resides in Silver Springs, Fla., with her daughter and son-in-law.
