Lori’s look
I have to say that spending St. Patrick’s Day pregnant was not as bad as I thought it would be. I guess after almost six months of practice, one gets used to being the designated driver. Plus I got to eat a lot of really good food at the party I attended. I hope you all had a good and safe time as well.
On a more serious note, with one in 110 children having autism, it’s more than likely that you know someone dealing with this disorder in one way or another. You know the struggles as well as triumphs these families go through, but how much do we really know about autism spectrum disorders?
Beginning Monday March 26 through April 7 we will have a special online-only section on the HeraldStandard.com website for Autism Awareness. This section will include information about autism spectrum disorders and more importantly stories told by parents and kids living with autism.
And if you would like to tell your story, please email me at lgoodwinscott@heraldstandard.com. We really hope this section will shed some light on autism and what we can do to get more involved and learn more.
And last, make sure you enter our “Feeling Lucky?” contest online tomorrow. We have two more weeks of giveaways so don’t miss out. Just visit the HeraldStandard.com home page and click on the “Feeling Lucky?” link.
