Sentences in Fayette County Court

The following sentences were recently handed down in Fayette County Court.

Sentences for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally require driver’s license forfeiture and attendance in the county’s alcohol safe-driving school, and also can include admission to the Interlock Program.

Judge John F. Wagner Jr.

James E. Shepler Jr., 26, of Champion was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 180 days electronic monitoring for DUI.

Justin J. Salsgiver, 31, of Connellsville was sentenced to nine to 23 months in prison for robbery.

Mark Allan Coliny, 43, of Connellsville was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with eight months electronic monitoring for receiving stolen property.

Bruce Edward Kelly, 48, of Uniontown was sentenced to two to 12 months in prison for escape.

Elizabeth June Cramer, 27, of Scottdale was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Christopher Eugene Jacobs, 32, of Uniontown was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Jason Lee Mills, 30, of Uniontown was sentenced to two to 23 months in prison for simple assault.

Chad Lewis Echard, 26, of Connellsville was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for statutory sexual assault.

Dontay Lewis Bradley Jr., 20, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Joseph Shawley, 20, of Melcroft was sentenced to one to two years in prison for burglary. In another case, he was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in prison for reckless burning or exploding.

Jeffrey Charles Griffith, 21, of Masontown was sentenced to six to 23 months in prison for theft by unlawful taking.

Sandra Eden Cole, 48, of Uniontown was sentenced to 15 to 30 months in prison for retail theft.

David E. Jenkins, 48, of Markleysburg was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment for DUI.

James Vernon Shaffer, 31, of Fairchance was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Dwayne E. Machina, 31, of Connellsville was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Charles David Etling, 48, of Apollo was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Douglas Edward Fisch, 26, of Connellsville was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 60 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Martin Clement Gatti, 37, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Jamie Rae Cornell, 42, of Lemont Furnace was sentenced to six months of intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Phillip Alan Luccioni, 47, of Hopwood was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Scott Allen Hayden, 34, of Farmington was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Avery E. Wormack, 20, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 30 days probation for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Charles Ray Pirl, 37, of Vanderbilt was sentenced to 30 days to six months in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license.

Robert E. Brooks, 33, of New Geneva was sentenced to six months in prison for DUI.

Rodney Ralph Stephens, 44, of McClellandtown was sentenced to 30 days to six months in prison for DUI.

Eugene Twardesky, 41, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months probation for accidents involving damage to a vehicle.

James Edward Brangard, 34, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for criminal mischief in each of three separate cases.

Benjamin Edward Skelton, 42, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 60 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Mark E. Crescini, 54, of Republic was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Benjamin Robert Shinsky, 25, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 180 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Dustin Charles Rhodes, 23, of Richeyville was sentenced to 11 days to six months in prison for simple assault.

Willie Elbert Wilson, 33, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Melissa Katherine Knight, 43, of McClellandtown was sentenced to one year probation for possession.

Frank Arthur Malik, 46, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months probation for DUI.

Shane Brandon Shriver, 25, of Point Marion was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment for theft by unlawful taking.

Nicholas Shawn Wirick, 20 of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for giving a false report. In another case, he was sentenced to one year position for criminal mischief.

John Henry Harden, 30, of Smithfield was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 90 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

James Savage, 22, of Marinville was sentenced to nine months to two years in prison for burglary.

Susan R. Carr, 41, of South Connellsville was sentenced to a total of six to 23 months in four cases. The cases involved counts of possession with intent to deliver drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft and theft by unlawful taking.

Jason Michael Osler, 38, of Connellsville was sentenced to five years intermediate punishment for DUI and 90 days intermediate punishment for driving with a suspended or revoked license. In a second case, he was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment for another count of DUI.

Brandon Allen Ribniscky, 22, of Dunbar was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with three months electronic monitoring, for theft by unlawful taking.

Michael Guty, 41, of Dunbar was sentenced to two to four years in prison for theft by deception.

James William Hixson, 54, of Scottdale was sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license.

Joseph Michael Cooley, 31, of Houtzdale was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment for possession with the intent to deliver drugs.

Colleen Dunbar, 41, of Lower Burrell was sentenced to 10 days to 23 months in prion for hindering apprehension.

Harry Kenard Womack, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for criminal mischief.

Samantha Sue Strosnider, 47, of Lake Lynn was sentenced to one to 12 months confinement for theft by unlawful taking.

James Curtis Harrison, 27, of Brownsville was sentenced to three to 23 months in prison for retail theft.

Rachelle K. Dotson, 40, of Fairchance was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with nine months electronic monitoring, for theft by unlawful taking.
