Fayette County Court sentences

The following sentences were recently handed down by Fayette County Judge Steve P. Leskinen.

Sentences for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally require driver’s license forfeiture and attendance to the county’s alcohol safe-driving school, and also can include admission to the interlock program.

Amy Lynn Cupic, 43, of Hibbs was sentenced to 24 months probation for retail theft.

Shawn M. Martin, 25, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months probation for retail theft. In a second case, he was sentenced to six months probation for retail theft. In a third case, he was sentenced to three to 12 months in prison for retail theft.

Michael Hall, 22, of Uniontown was sentenced to two to 12 months in prison for contraband.

Timothy Robert Starenchak, 51, of Youngwood was sentenced to three to six months in prison for retail theft.

Clara Marie Bass, 34, of Uledi was sentenced to six to 21 months in prison for endangering the welfare of children. She was also sentenced 60 days in prison for driving with a suspended license.

Joseph D. Brosh, 42, of Mt. Pleasant was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault.

Jose Ramos Rivera, 30, of Brownsville was sentenced to nine to 24 months in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Kimberly N. McDonald, 23, of Brownsville was sentenced to one year probation for theft of services. In a second case, she was sentenced to 18 months probation for retail theft.

Shannon Marie Silbaugh, 33, of Lemont Furnace was sentenced to 23 months probation for retail theft. In a second case, she was sentenced to 23 months probation for retail theft. In a third case, she was sentenced to 23 months probation for retail theft.

Michael Anthony Howell, 41, of Normalville was sentenced to one year probation for receiving stolen property.

Barbara Jean Lewis, 27, of Masontown was sentenced to one year probation for the possession of drug paraphernalia.

Raymond Earl Peterson Jr., 25, of Uniontown was sentenced to two years probation for theft from a motor vehicle. In a second case, he was also sentenced to two years probation for theft from a motor vehicle.

Robert McCargo, 43, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Michael T. Summers, 43, of Monessen was sentenced to two to six months in prison for possession with intent to deliver.

George Arthur Powell, 52, of Fairchance was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for possession of a controlled substance. He was also sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Umble, 45, of Connellsville was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Roger Brandon Martin, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for terroristic threats.

Jeffrey D. Lauffer, 43, of Everson was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 18 days electronic monitoring for DUI.

John Randel Brletich II, 35, of Donora was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 90 days electronic monitoring for DUI.

Jamal Martin Eddings, 32, of Uniontown was sentenced to 60 days intermediate punishment for driving with a suspended license.

Theodore Scott Over, 46, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 12 days electronic monitoring for DUI. In a second case, he was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 18 days electronic monitoring for DUI.

Kenquasis Niquon McKenzie, 20, of Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation for resisting arrest.

Daniel Mraz, 45, of Martinsburg, W.Va., was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Herb Bruno Flocker, 44, of Wickhaven was sentenced to 14 days in prison and 30 months intermediate punishment with 11 ½ months electronic monitoring for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days electronic monitoring for driving with a suspended license.

Shawn Michael Williams, 24, of Point Marion was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment with 12 days electronic monitoring for DUI.

Heather Lee Shumar, 34, of Uniontown was sentenced to one month and 15 days to 12 months in prison for retail theft.

David W. Cross, 51, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 18 days electronic monitoring for DUI.

Kim Mackey, 40, of Republic was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 12 days electronic monitoring for DUI. She was also sentenced to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Ryan Holland, 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to 90 days probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theadore James Smith, 32, of Cranberry was sentenced to 14 days in prison and 36 months intermediate punishment, with 11 ½ months electronic monitoring for DUI.

Bonnie Kay Miskanin, 52, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Tiffany Lynn Tilgner, 29, of Grantsville, Md., was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Brenden R. Lawrence, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to two years in prison for theft by unlawful taking. In a second case, he was sentenced to one to two years in prison for burglary. In a third case, he was sentenced to one to two years in prison for burglary. In a fourth case, he was sentenced to three to six years for firearms not to be carried without a license.

David Wayne Smith Jr., 23, of Adah was sentenced to six to 23 months in prison for robbery. In a second case, he was sentenced to 10 to 23 months in prison for robbery.

Joshua James Weightman, 23, of Murrysville was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Ronald James Bailey, 25, of Oliver was sentenced to two to four years in prison for possession with the intent to deliver drugs. In a second case, he was sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license while DUI.

Raymond Foster, 29, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six days in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license.

Eric L. Sines, 31, of Reedsville, W.Va., was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Ronae Marie Patterson, 44, of Washington was sentenced to three to 12 months in prison for theft by deception.

Jerry Booker, 31, of Adah was sentenced to four to eight years in prison for robbery.

William Andrew Tomotchko, 41, of Merrittstown was sentenced to three to 23 months in prison for terroristic threats.

Thomas Randall Baker Jr., 39 of Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault.

Dylan Lee Costello, 21, of Smithfield was sentenced to six months probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Troy Edward Thomas, 43, of Masontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment with 90 days electronic monitoring for DUI.

Matthew Mark Caton, 27, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to 12 months in prison for possession of a controlled substance.

Jonathan Michael Switch, 21, of McClellandtown was sentenced to six to 17 months in prison for robbery.

Michael John Loukas, 27, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring for possession of a controlled substance.

Michael Anthony Frontino, 22, of Smethport was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 90 days electronic monitoring for DUI.

Christine Ann Shaw, 41, of Allison was sentenced to two to four years in prison for retail theft.

Leonard J. Marovich, 27, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to 23 months in prison for possession of a controlled substance.
