Blood drives

American Red Cross will hold a blood donation drive from noon to 6 p.m. Dec. 26 at Uniontown Hospital, 500 West Berkley Street.

Classes/seminars

n Managing Your Diabetes, 8:30-11:30 a.m. Jan. 9 at Monongahela Valley Hospital Anthnoy M. Lombardi Education Conference Center. Completion of three-day “Diabetes Self Management Training” is required prior to attending. Registration required at least one week prior. Information and to register: 724-258-1483.

n Smoking Cessation Program, 6-8 p.m. Jan. 7, 14, 21 and 28. Monongahela Valley Hospital. Classes offered at no charge to Primary Care Resource Center patients, hospital employees and anyone with a referral from an MVH affiliated primary care physician. Cost is $20 for all others.
