FCCTI offers adult education courses online
Fayette County Career and Technical Institute offers quality, affordable non-credit online courses for adults, no matter where you are located.
FCCTI has partnered with ed2go to offer online, instructor-facilitated courses. Brush up on an old skill, learn a new one or take a course you have always been interested in.
Classroom access is available 24/7 for anywhere with an Internet connection. Classes are six-weeks long, are web-based and include lessons, quizzes and assignments. New sessions of each course begin every month.

Seminar for teachers at Shepherd University
Applications are being accepted for Shepherd University’s National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) Summer Seminar for Teachers scheduled July 7-27.
The seminar, “Voices from the Misty Mountains,” will serve to enlighten and engage participants in the Appalachian writers, artists and artisans of the past several decades.
During the seminar, participants will take part in and discover Appalachian literature, music and storytelling.
