1 min read

State police have released a more detailed description of an unidentified who robbed the Hopwood Rx Plus Pharmacy Thursday afternoon.

Trooper David Bell said that the man entered the store at 1:45 p.m. and placed a note on the counter demanding money.

Bell said that the man told the employee that he had a gun in his pocket.

The employee gave the suspect about $100 and he then fled the store.

According to Bell, the suspect was described as a white man in his mid-40s, about 5 feet 6 inches tall, with some facial hair. He was wearing a navy ball cap, a navy pea coat and gold-rimmed glasses, Bell said.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-439-7111.
