Fayette County Court sentences
The following sentences were recently handed down in Fayette County Court.
Sentences for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally require driver’s license forfeiture and attendance to the county’s alcohol safe driving school, and also can include admission to the interlock program.
Hollie L. Sabolek, 33, of Newell was sentenced to one year probation for fraudulently obtaining food stamps.
Michael Ray Beckley Jr., 29, of Dunbar was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.
Roger Lee Lilley Jr., 27, of Republic was sentenced to one year probation for theft by unlawful taking.
Justin Lee Shuff, 26, of Masontown was sentenced to one to 12 months in prison for simple assault.
Kevin Ray Tate, 37, of Allison was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in prison for DUI.
Andrew Matthew Roberts, 23, of Brownsville was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with two months electronic monitoring, for simple assault.
Melvin Lee Duley Jr., 20 of Connellsville was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for possession with intent to deliver drugs.
Courtney Dawn Groover, 22, of Fairchance was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 18 months electronic monitoring, for receiving stolen property.
Chelsea Lynn Carini, 24, of Belle Vernon was sentenced to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance. She was also sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Taylor Nicole Hiltabidel, 22, of Mill Run was sentenced to one to two years in prison for burglary. In a second case, she was sentenced to four to 12 months in prison for robbery.
Anthony Wayne Chipps, 25, of Point Marion was sentenced to two years probation for firearms not to be carried without a license.
Elliott Richard Adamovich, 31, of Uniontown was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for fraudulently obtaining drugs.
Howard Edward Widener Jr., 43, of Connellsville was sentenced to two years probation for resisting arrest.
James R. Fields, 26, of Smithfield was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, and 180 days electronic monitoring, for DUI. He was also sentenced to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance.
Heath Michael Braxton, 30, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.
Keith Anthony Gantner, 41, of Vanderbilt was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault.
Colby John Cormack, 34, of New Salem was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with two months electronic monitoring, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Krystal Kathryn Darnell, 25, of Lake Lynn was sentenced to two years probation for theft by unlawful taking. She was also sentenced to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance. In a second case, she was sentenced to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance. She was also sentenced to one year probation for receiving stolen property.
Jeffrey Joseph Fisher, 27, of Finleyville was sentenced to two years probation for unsworn falsification.
Jimmie Allen Clowers, 45, of Robbins, Tenn., was sentenced to six to 21 months in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs. In a second case, he was sentenced to 60 days in prison for driving with a suspended license.
Fredrick Thomas Leyland, 34, of Sarver was sentenced to 27 to 54 months in prison for theft by unlawful taking.
Christian Wade Palm, 20, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI. In a second case, he was sentenced to two years probation for theft from a vehicle.
Cami S. Johnson, 27, of Connellsville was sentenced to one to two years in prison for a firearms violation. In a second case, she was sentenced to nine months to two years in prison for burglary.
Nicholas Chase Ranker, 23, of Leisenring was sentenced to six to 23 months in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs.
Michael Raven Hickenbottom Jr., 21, of Uniontown was sentenced to two years probation for firearms not to be carried without a license.
Pete Robert Lancaster, 22, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to two years in prison for receiving stolen property. In a second case, he was sentenced to one to two years in prison for criminal trespass. In a third case, he was sentenced to one to two years in prison for criminal trespass.
Thomas Russell Rhome Jr., 26, of Diliner was sentenced to two years probation for receiving stolen property. In a second case, he was sentenced to two years probation for resisting arrest.
Kimberly L. King, 36, of Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation for resisting arrest.
Harold Ray King, 45, of Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault.
Joseph A. Cole IV, 27, of Mill Run was sentenced to six to 23 months in prison for robbery.
Leonard J. Baron, 21, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to two to four years in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs.
Steven T. Suchevits, 44, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 180 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.
Elijah Caine Boyer, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to nine to 23 months in prison for receiving stolen property.
Jonetta Beth Holloway, 41, of Vanderbilt was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with two months electronic monitoring, for possession with a controlled substance. She was also sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.
Brittany Monack, 25, of Monogahela was sentenced to 30 days probation for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Angela Stanovich, 22, of McClellandtown was sentenced to three to 23 months in prison for escape.
Lateef Mahummad Brown, 22, of Uniontown was sentenced to 48 hours to six months in prison for DUI.
Virgil Omar Yarbrough, 29, of Uniontown was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs.
Jonathan Roy Lavery, 31, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 90 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.
Samuel Allen Clark, 28, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to two years in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license while DUI.
Chad A. Nicholson, 28, of Mount Pleasant was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
John David Porter, 24, of Cardale was sentenced to six months probation for retail theft. In a second case, he was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.
John Alan Tabron, 42, of Belle Vernon was sentenced to one to 12 months in prison for possession of a controlled substance.
Kimberly Ann Casteel, 42, of New Eagle was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 11 ½ months electronic monitoring, for theft by unlawful taking.
Patricia Diane Morris, 35, of Belle Vernon was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment with, 11 ½ months electronic monitoring, for possession with intent to deliver drugs.
Robin Denise Bailey, 50, of Lemont Furnace was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with two months electronic monitoring, for access device fraud.
Thomas Dale Sparks, 21, of Washington was sentenced to one year probation for receiving stolen property.
Summer Deanna Davis, 35, of Mount Pleasant was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for DUI.
Darrell Lee Greene, 51, of Masontown was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with 60 days electronic monitoring, for theft by deception.
Heather Gale Woods, 38, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with four months electronic monitoring, for retail theft. In a second case, she was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with two months electronic monitoring, for possession of a controlled substance.
Joni Lynn Showman, 31, of Connellsville was sentenced to two to 12 months in prison for retail theft. In a second case, she was sentenced to one to two years in prison for burglary.
Todd Wallace Jr., 28, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.
Willard Paul Lambert, 56, of Dunbar was sentenced to four years probation for possession of prohibited offensive weapons.
Jessica Marie Sullivan, 26, of Donora was sentenced to two years probation for simple assault.
Toni Marie Lilley, 49, of Smithfield was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for retail theft.
Sherri Sevcik, 50, of Canonsburg was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with five months electronic monitoring, for possession with intent to deliver drugs.
James Curtis Harrison, 27, of Hiller was sentenced to three to 23 months in prison for retail theft.
Gerald Ray Secrest Jr., 49, of Connellsville was sentenced to nine to 23 months in prison for receiving stolen property.
Donald Edward Brown, Jr., 41, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for disorderly conduct.
