Man charged
Connellsville police charged Thomas Youdell, 26, with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after he was found intoxicated and creating a disturbance around 1:44 a.m. Friday in the 700 block of McCormick Avenue.

Connellsville police charged Doretta Billeaudeau, 55, of Connellsville with public drunkenness after she was found intoxicated June 18 in the 400 block of South Arch Street.

Woman charged
California police said Tiffany Stewart, no address provided, was apprehended during a traffic stop Saturday on a criminal warrant for theft, forgery and theft by deception. Police said Stewart was taken into custody and was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said Stewart was arraigned and taken to Washington County Jail on a $35,000 straight cash bond for the theft charges. Police said separate drug paraphernalia charges have also been filed.

Mower stolen
David Hackenson of Belle Vernon reported that a lawn mower was stolen Sunday from his residence on Wood Street, Southwest Regional police said.

Man charged
Brownsville police said Caleb Harper, no address provided, who had an arrest warrant on drug charges, was taken into custody Saturday from a residence along National Pike. Police said Harper was arraigned and charged with possession of a controlled substance (heroin and a small amount of marijuana), resisting arrest/escape, driving under suspension among other charges. Police said Harper’s bond was set at $10,000 and he was taken to Fayette County Prison.
