Fayette County Court sentences

The following sentences were recently handed down by Fayette County judges.

Sentences for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally require driver’s license forfeiture and attendance in the county’s alcohol safe-driving school, and also can include admission to the interlock program.

Andre Dwayne Young, 25, of Pittsburgh was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Benjamin Francis Stein, 25, no address listed, was sentenced to six to 23 months in prison for burglary.

Matthew Dillon, 42, of Connellsville was sentenced to six months probation for retail theft.

Derrick Dwayne White, 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to 90 days to 23 months in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license while DUI.

Barry Youger Jr., 35, of Belle Vernon was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Emma L. Wilson, 37, of New Salem was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with two months electronic monitoring, for possession of a controlled substance.

Gregory Thomas Walters, 27, of Nemacolin was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 18 days electronic monitoring, for DUI. He was also sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Anthony Gibson, 38, of Masontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 180 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Michael Thomas Bennett, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 18 months electronic monitoring, for receiving stolen property.

Aaron Lee Webb, 31, of Monessen was sentenced to one year probation for conspiracy to commit retail theft.

Debra Ann Smitley, 33, of Lemont Furnace was sentenced to six months probation for DUI.

Marianna French, 48, of Connellsville was sentenced to one to two years in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Matthew Filicky, 33, of Uniontown was sentenced three years probation for theft by deception.

Jeremy Lee Eutsey, 25, of Scottdale was sentenced to one to two years in prison for aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI.

Robert S. Morrison, 42, of Dunbar was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Joseph M. Hays, 27, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 180 days electronic monitoring, for DUI. He was also sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mark R. Ohler Jr., 37, of Connellsville was sentenced to two years probation for simple assault.

Kenneth William King, 42, of Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation for terroristic threats.

Khalil A. Lewis, 32, of Uniontown was sentenced to 2 ½ to five years in prison for firearms not to be carried without a license.

Charles Edward Riley, 25, of Chestnut Ridge was sentenced to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Matthew James Kennick, 24, of Dunbar was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 180 days, electronic monitoring for DUI.

Richard E. Griest, 52, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 18 days electronic monitoring, for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days intermediate punishment, with 90 days electronic monitoring, for driving with a suspended license while DUI.

Damien Joseph Mitchell, 18, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 12 months electronic monitoring, for burglary.

Clarence Spackman Jr., 24, of Connellsville was sentenced to one year probation for accidents involving damage to vehicles or property.

Max Wylie Driscoll, 24, of Connellsville was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 18 months electronic monitoring, for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Jason Travis Linderman, 29, of Smock was sentenced three to 23 months in prison for receiving stolen property.

Charles Edward Thomas Jr., age not listed, of Markleysburg was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for false statements.

Kelley Duane Truley, 27, of Martin was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jarrod Grant Franty, 41, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 60 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Charles Edward Thomas IV, 28, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 60 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Douglas Downer, 33, of Belle Vernon was sentenced to 90 days to 23 months in prison for DUI.

Brooke Lee Collins, 26, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wesley Allamon, 35, of York was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robin Lynn Harbarger, 35, of Carmichaels was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for retail theft. In a second case, she was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for retail theft.

Clifford Francis Armel III, 29, of Masontown was sentenced to six to 24 months in prison for retail theft. In a second case, he was sentenced to six to 24 months in prison for retail theft.

Douglas Duane Coddington, 47, of Uledi was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for operating a vehicle without an interlock device.

Cinda Jean Armel, 23, of Washington was sentenced to three to 23 months in prison for theft by unlawful taking.

William Ray McAnallen III, 27, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to 12 months in prison for possession of a controlled substance.

Shawn Michael Walsky, 31, of Connellsville was sentenced to nine to 24 months in prison for simple assault.

Stafford Leonard Matthews, 44, of St. Petersburg, Fla., was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment for reckless endangerment.

Andrea Mae Cobb, 32, of Lake Lynn was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for simple assault.

Eric Lee Coffman, 41, of Alverton was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 90 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Tito Santana Bailey, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced 12 months probation for fleeing or eluding police. He was also sentenced to six to 23 months in prison for aggravated assault. He was also sentenced to 48 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Zachary Lee Davis, 32, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 18 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Thomas Leroy Dean, 40, of Connellsville was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Earl Cummings Sr., 50, of Fairchance was sentenced to six months probation for simple assault.

Kevin Wayne Brinker, 43, of Connellsville was sentenced to 90 days to 20 months in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license while DUI.

Ronald Wayne Brooks Jr., 33, of Connellsville was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment with two months electronic monitoring for false identification to law enforcement officer.

Ralph D. Doyle Jr., 27, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to 12 months in prison for possession of a controlled substance. In a second case, he was sentenced to three to 23 months in prison for forgery. In a third case, he was sentenced to three to 23 months in prison for forgery.

Robert Alexander Campbell, 34, of Brownsville was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for retail theft. In a second case, he was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for retail theft.

Sandra Lee Pealer-Sawyers, 47, of Connellsville was sentenced to 90 days to 23 months in prison for DUI.

Ronald Clark Boyer Jr., 30, of Cardale was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for receiving stolen property.

Daryl Maurice Truley, 43, of Uniontown was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for false identification to law enforcement.

Terence Kent Springer, 53, of Hopwood was sentenced to one year probation for resisting arrest. He was also sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 12 days electronic monitoring, for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days intermediate punishment, with 90 days electronic monitoring, for driving with a suspended license while DUI.

In a second case, he was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 18 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Jason Edward Zunic, 28, of Allison Park was sentenced to one to two years in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license.

Joshua Scott Grimm, 26, of Mt. Braddock was sentenced one to 12 months in prison for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brian Keith Helmick, 29, of Masontown, W.Va., was sentenced to one year probation for unauthorized use of motor vehicles.

Vincent Julian Johnson, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Eric Severin Krofcheck, 33, of Masontown was sentenced to 24 months intermediate punishment for DUI.

Elizabeth A. Porter, 34, of Adah was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Michael G. Carlson, 27, of Mt. Pleasant was sentenced to three to 12 months in prison for bad checks.

Ronald Steven Murdock, 47, of Scottdale was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Joseph Scott Evans Sr., 44, of Hopwood was sentenced to three to 12 months in prison for resisting arrest.
