Brownsville police said they served a warrant for the arrest of Gaylord Flemming, no address available, following an incident on High Street on Wednesday.

Brownsville police said vehicles driven by Woodrow Giffin of Labelle and Charles Moore of Markleysburg collided on Market Street on Thursday.

No one was injured when vehicles driven by Arnold Bennett of Pittsburgh and Carole Provance of Brownsville collided near the Market Street and Route 40 interchange Thursday evening, Brownsville police said.

Tree hits truck
Richard A. Smeill told city police he was driving north on Bailey Lane near the Uniontown Country Club about 5:30 p.m. Friday when a tree fell on his truck, a 1996 Ford 150. Police said there was severe damage to the vehicle’s bed, roof and windshield. South Union Volunteer Fire Department removed the tree from the roadway.

Man charged
City police said Joseph Wilson was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication Friday night after police were alerted by callers who saw him falling while walking and lying in roadway on Peter Street.

Drug paraphernalia found
Uniontown police were called to Lawton Avenue about 1 p.m. Saturday when discarded drug paraphernalia was discovered. The items were taken to the police station and discarded.
