Checkpoint conducted
State police said they made three arrests for drunken driving during a sobriety checkpoint conducted in conjunction with Cumberland Township police on Route 88 on Thursday. Police said they also made one drug arrest, one firearms-related arrest and issued 24 traffic citations.

Report issued
The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement said officers cited Jimmie’s Place on Holbert-Stretch Road for violating state liquor laws on Feb. 6.

Theft reported
State police said 75 gallons of diesel fuel and a radio were stolen from a bulldozer owned by Chevron North America of Smithfield from a gas well site on Waterdam Road in Franklin Township, Greene County, between 2 p.m. Thursday and 8:45 a.m. Friday.

Items stolen
State police said items owned by the Franklin Township Waste Water Treatment Plant and Kevin Eddy of Waynesburg were stolen from a location on Jefferson Road in Franklin Township, Greene County, between 4 and 4:30 a.m. Friday.

Man charged
Albert Melden, 33, of Clarksville was charged with criminal mischief following an incident involving property owned by Tammy Adamson of Waynesburg at a location on Kurtz Lane on May 5, state police said.
