Fayette County Court sentences

The following sentences were recently handed down in Fayette County Court. Sentences for driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) generally require driver’s license forfeiture and attendance to the county’s alcohol safe-driving school, and also can include admission to the interlock program.

President Judge John F. Wagner Jr.

Deanne Greeley Reese, 46, of Hopwood was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 180 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

John Thomas Bendishaw, 19, of Masontown was sentenced to one year probation for theft by unlawful taking.

Matt Paul Glover, 27, of Smithfield was sentenced to 40 to 80 months in prison for forgery. In a second case, he was sentenced to 40 to 80 months in prison for theft by unlawful taking.

Jonathan Ray McCoy, 25, of Brownsville was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault. In a second case, he was sentenced to one year probation for trespass.

Monty William Jackson II, 25, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to two years in prison for flight to avoid apprehension. In a second case, he was sentenced to one to two years in prison for receiving stolen property.

Sebastian Wade Bryner, 21, of Connellsville was sentenced to one to two years in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Todd Alan Swink, 24, of Connellsville was sentenced to four to 23 months in prison for robbery.

James Vincent Galla, 41, of Lemont Furnace was sentenced to 1 ½ to three years in prison for theft by unlawful taking.

James Anthony Shroyer, 51, of Connellsville was sentenced to 2 ½ to five years in prison for robbery.

Joseph Edward Sokol, 58, of Uniontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 180 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Timothy Allen Jr. McKinney, 32 of Smock was sentenced to two to four years in prison for theft by unlawful taking. In a second case, he was sentenced to two to four years in prison for receiving stolen property.

Dylan Ryan Maust, 21, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to five years in prison for burglary. In a second case, he was sentenced to one to five years in prison for burglary. In a third case, he was sentenced to one to five years in prison for burglary. In a fourth case, he was sentenced to one to five years in prison for burglary. In a fifth case, he was sentenced to one to five years in prison for theft by unlawful taking. In a sixth case, he was sentenced one to five years in prison for burglary. In a seventh case, he was sentenced to one to five years in prison for burglary. In an eighth case, he was sentenced to one to five years in prison for burglary.

Lance Justin Campbell, 20, of Uniontown was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for burglary. He was also sentenced to one to six months in prison for trespass.

Donna D. Hoover, 49, of Uniontown was sentenced to 90 days to 24 months in prison for DUI. In a second case, she was sentenced to one to two years in prison for DUI. She was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with suspended license.

Marisa Rivera, 44, of Uniontown was sentenced to 90 days probation for harassment.

Patrick Michael Odum, 25, of New Salem was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with one month electronic monitoring, for simple assault.

Timothy Paul Jacobs, 22, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months probation for DUI.

Wesley D. Middleton, 35, of Greensburg was sentenced to two years probation for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Vaughn Maurice Gaines II, 22, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. In a second case, he was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 18 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Lisa Danielle Hairston, 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for endangering the welfare of children.

Aaron Webb, 31, of Donora was sentenced to two years probation for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Raymond Lewis Drake III, 29, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to two years in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license while DUI.

Melinda Renee Nicholson, 28, of Ronco was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Allen Tate, 56, of Lemont Furnace was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Susan P. Panich, 53, of Charleroi was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 90 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Mylan Jahmean Harris, 36, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days intermediate punishment, with 90 days electronic monitoring, for driving with a suspended license.

Daniel K. Pegg, 24, of Uniontown was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with one month electronic monitoring, for possession of a controlled substance.

Samuel Thomas Hlatky, 31, of Masontown was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Joseph Charles Hice Jr., 31, of Hopwood was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for receiving stolen property.

Kirk Alan Oglevee, 52, of Connellsville was sentenced to four to eight years in prison for possession with intent to deliver.

Libby Lorraine Dean, 50, of Mononghela was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Dennis J. Miller, 35, of Acme was sentenced to one to 12 months in prison for theft by unlawful taking.

Douglas Edward Coneway, 29, of Newell was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with five days electronic monitoring, for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days intermediate punishment, with 90 days electronic monitoring, for driving with a suspended license while DUI.

Arthur William Adams, 60, of McClellandtown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 30 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Jeffrey Dunlap, 48, of Scenery Hill was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 90 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Davis Wade Hall, 21, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to six months in prison for DUI.

Vincent Fordyce, 43, of address not listed, was sentenced to nine to 24 months in prison for simple assault.

Thomas E. Cramer, 29, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to 23 months in prison for simple assault.

Alfred Lewis Jones, 39, of Uniontown was sentenced to 3 1/2 to seven years in prison for possession of a prohibited firearm.

Andrew Kenneth Norman, 30, of Masontown was sentenced to six to 23 months in prison for theft by unlawful taking.

John M. McKinney, 29, of New Salem was sentenced to 22 months and 15 days intermediate punishment for burglary.

Dawn Marie Maust, 30, of Connellsville was sentenced to eight to 23 months in prison for robbery.

Barry Allen Hall, 24, of Dunbar was sentenced to 4 ½ to nine years in prison for aggravated assault.

Chad Irving Mills, 43, of Scottdale was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment for retail theft.

David Patrick Panzone, 27, of Dunlevy was sentenced to one year probation for receiving stolen property. In a second case, he was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in prison for burglary. In a third case, he was sentenced to nine to 24 months in prison for access device fraud. In a fourth case, he was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in prison for burglary.

Valerye Ray Mann, 32, of Carmichaels was sentenced to one year probation for corruption of minors.

William B. Miller, 50, of Bobtown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment for DUI.

Darrin Deems, 46, of Carmichaels was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Santana Louise Allshouse, 21, of Smithfield was sentenced to two years probation for criminal mischief.

Gwendellyn F. Myers, 49, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 18 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Christopher James Nicholson, 27, of Everson was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with three months electronic monitoring, for theft from a motor vehicle.

James R. Miller Jr., 51, of Latrobe was sentenced to one year probation for trespass.

Nicholas John Horning, 32, of Leechburg was sentenced to 1 ½ to three years in prison for theft by unlawful taking.

Joseph Edward Cole, age not listed, of Uniontown was sentenced to two years probation for receiving stolen property.

Richard Michael Uhrin Jr., 26, of Perryopolis was sentenced to one to two years in prison for accidents involving death or injury. He was also sentenced to 48 hours to six months in prison or DUI.

Timothy William Miller, 23, of Uniontown was sentenced to two years probation for theft by unlawful taking.

George Anthony Kiss, 25, of Uniontown was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Loretta F. Huntington, 42, of Coal Center was sentenced to three years probation for theft by unlawful taking.

Randy Clay Tiberi Jr., 20, of Carmichaels was sentenced to one year probation for retail theft.

Cassandra Dawn Poling, 26, of Connellsville was sentenced to one to two years in prison for bribery. In a second case, she was sentenced to one to two years in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs. In a third case, she was sentenced to one to 12 months in prison for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Amber Jane Reinhart, 30, of Point Marion was sentenced to one year probation for retail theft.

Jay W. Endsley Jr., 59, of Uniontown was sentenced to 15 to 30 months in prison for theft by deception. In a second case, he was sentenced to nine to 24 months in prison for bad checks. In a third case, he was sentenced to 15 to 30 months in prison for theft by deception. In a fourth case, he was sentenced to 15 to 30 months in prison for theft by deception.

Korey Ray Liston, 34, of Dunbar was sentenced to five to 14 months in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs. He was also sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI. He was also sentenced to 90 days in prison for driving with a suspended license.

Paul Bodnar, 54, of California was sentenced to six months probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tara Danette Poland, 38, of Perryopolis was sentenced to 90 days to 23 months in prison for DUI.

John E. Toman, 41, of Youngwood was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in prison for DUI.

Lamarr Kali Atchison, 39, of Akron Ohio was sentenced to four to eight years in prison for possession of a prohibited firearm.

John W. Bierer, 43, of Connellsville was sentenced to six to 24 months in prison for possession of a controlled substance.

Erin Marie Kuhns, 36, of Masontown was sentenced to three to 23 months in prison for insurance fraud.

Kristie Lanegan, 46, of Uniontown was sentenced to nine to 23 months in prison for indecent exposure.

Robert William King, 56, of Scottdale was sentenced to six months probation for institutional vandalism.

Amanda S. White, 26, of Hopwood was sentenced to six to 23 months in prison for retail theft.

Justin Matthew Jellots, 29, of Uniontown was sentenced to six months in prison for simple assault.

Grant A. Harvey Jr., 38, of Diliner was sentenced to one year probation for harassment. In a second case, he was sentenced to one year probation for harassment. In a third case, he was sentenced to three to 23 months in prison for theft by unlawful taking. In a fourth case, he was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for harassment. In a fifth case, he was sentenced to six to 12 months in prison for harassment.

Leann Sachek, 45, of Marianna was sentenced one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. In a second case, she was sentenced to one to 12 months in prison for possession of a controlled substance.

Nicole Lynn Thomas, 25, of New Castle was sentenced to one year probation for possession of a controlled substance. In a second case, she was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Darnell Anderson, 33, of Uniontown was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for aggravated assault. He was also sentenced to five to 10 years in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Amber Christina Jamison, 23, of Perryopolis was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with six months electronic monitoring, for theft by unlawful taking.

Matthew Robert Delaney, 22, of Normalville was sentenced to one to two years in prison for receiving stolen property.

Geraldine Taylor, 71, of Uniontown was sentenced to one year probation for theft by deception.

William Anthony McLaughlin Jr., 30, of Connellsville was sentenced to six to 24 months in prison for theft by deception. In a second case, he was sentenced to six to 24 months in prison for access device fraud. In a third case, he was sentenced to six to 24 months in prison for access device fraud. In a fourth case, he was sentenced to six to 24 months in prison for forgery.

Alexandrea Rae Tesauro, 22, of New Salem was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with two months electronic monitoring, for possession of a controlled substance.

Cindy M. Lowry, 29 of Scottdale was sentenced to 23 months intermediate punishment, with 12 months electronic monitoring for theft by unlawful taking.

Jaclyn Anne Friend, 32, of Uniontown was sentenced to 12 months intermediate punishment, with two months electronic monitoring, for possession of a controlled substance.

Shane Richard Detore, 42, of Mill Run was sentenced to one year probation for theft by deception. In a second case, he was sentenced to six months in prison for DUI.

Jay Warren Endsley, 59, of Uniontown was sentenced to 15 to 36 months in prison for theft by deception.

Mary Jane Steadman, no age listed, of Verona was sentenced to one year probation for bad checks.

Desmond Moody, 20, of Brownsville was sentenced to one year probation for simple assault. In a second case, Moody was sentenced to one year probation for theft by unlawful taking. In a third case, Moody was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ashley Nicole Schmidt, 24, of Belle Vernon was sentenced to two years probation for theft by unlawful taking.

Tiffany Sherbondy, 32, of McCllelandtown was sentenced to six months intermediate punishment, with 18 days electronic monitoring, for DUI.

Tammy Lynn Hawk, 44, of Uniontown was sentenced to one to seven years in prison for retail theft.

Gary Lee Ravenscroft Jr., 41, of LeBelle was sentenced to one year probation for bad checks.

Alanda Jones, 39, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to six years in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs. In a second case, she was sentenced to three to six years in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Hayley Renae Wiltrout, 25, of Dunbar was sentenced to nine to 23 months in prison for intimidating a witness or victim.

Louis Allen, 26, of Uniontown was sentenced to three to six years in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs. In a second case, he was sentenced to three to six years in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs. He was also sentenced to four to eight years in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs. He was also sentenced to three to six years in prison for possession with intent to deliver drugs.

Virgil Omar Yarbrough, 30, of Uniontown was sentenced to 90 days to six months in prison for DUI.
