Crash reported
State police said Michelle Prescott of Uniontown suffered minor injuries when the car she as driving was struck by another vehicle that then fled the scene on Oliver Road on Sept. 8.

Vandalism reported
State police said vandals broke a window of a vehicle owned by Michels Corp. of Brownsville, Wisc., while it was parked at a construction site in North Union Township Friday or Saturday.

Theft reported
Beth Shear of Mount Pleasant told police that a towing chain she owns was stolen from a location on Kreinbrook Hill Road between 6:15 and 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, state police said.

Burglary reported
State police said Jennifer Marie Sutton, 43, reported someone broke into a detached garage at her Clarendon Avenue home between Sunday and Monday and stole a generator and a window.

Break-in investigated
State police said Rebecca Marie Ziemkowsky reported someone broke in to her home on New Salem Road between Sept. 18 and 19.

Three cited
State police said Tricia Marie Oravec, 20 and Samantha Jo Oravec, 20, both of German Township, and Lance Joseph Howell, 24, of Georges Township were cited for harassment after they allegedly followed Paula Estelle Strassman, 68, at Kmart on Sunday.

Man charged
Alan Richard Weiblinger, 41, of Uniontown was charged with indirect criminal contempt for allegedly violating a protection-from-abuse order lodged against him by a 40-year-old woman, state police said. Authorities alleged he violated the order on Sept. 14 by harassing the woman, whom police did not identify.

Car damaged
Vandals smashed the taillights of a car owned by Penny Spohn of Marianna while it was parked on Clarksville Road between 7 p.m. Tuesday and 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, state police said.
