Tote stolen
State police said a 57-year-old Everson man, who was not identified by police, reported Thursday that someone broke in to his vehicle by breaking a window, and then stole a tote box that contained a tow chain and clothing.

Driver charged
State police said James Allen Dice Jr., 28, of Smithfield was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop, March 15, where his vehicle was found parked in the middle of West Elm Street.
UNIONTOWN
Man charged
State police said Scott Duane Breakiron, 32, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop, March 4, on East Craig Street.

Kettle recovered
State police said a Salvation Army donation kettle, stand, apron and sign were recovered March 11 across the Point Marion Shop ‘N Save supermarket on the hill near 128 Club York Run Road. Anyone with information regarding this case should call police at 724-439-7111.

Liquor law violation
State police said the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1356 in Brownsville sold alcoholic beverages after the club’s liquor license had expired and had not been renewed and/or validated during the periods of July 1 through Aug. 9; Aug. 11 through Sept. 1; Sept. 3 through Oct. 31, 2013.

State police said 36-year-old Fairchance woman, whose name was not available from police, reported that her daughter left a cellphone with a green and blue case on bus 13 traveling to A.L. Wilson Elementary School on March 18. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 7240439-7111.
