Theft reported

Uniontown police said Thomas Mehaulic, no age listed, reported that someone took three separate withdrawals from his bank account totaling $2,450 without his approval Wednesday afternoon.

Woman charged

Maralee Sim, no age listed, was charged with arrest prior to requisition following a traffic stop on Grant and Fayette streets when police determined she had an active warrant out of Delaware Wednesday afternoon, Uniontown police said.

Man arrested

Uniontown police said Robert Steindl, no age listed, was charged with escape, after he allegedly was furloughed and failed to return on the designated date on Wednesday evening.

CONNELLSVILLE

Man arrested

Cody Geisler, 18, of 120 East Peach St. was arrested for criminal trespass, after he allegedly was found at 73 Gibson Terrace, where he was in violation for a trespass order issued against him by the Fayette County Housing Authority on March 19, Connellsville police said.

Charges filed

State police said Jennifer Williams, 28, of Lemont Furnace was charged with retail theft, conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance, and use and possession of drug paraphernalia, while Corbin Verbus, 24, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft and conspiracy, after they allegedly stole merchandise from Wal-Mart on March 19.

Juvenile cited

A 16-year-old female was cited for harassment, after she allegedly struck someone at Jefferson Morgan High School on Jefferson Road in Greene County Monday afternoon, state police said.

Accident reported

State police said Dmytro Nekrasa, 29, of Carnegie lost control of his vehicle and traveled through the median before colliding head-on into an embankment and rolling numerous times on Interstate 79 in Greene County Thursday. Nekrasa wasn’t injured.

Shots fired

State police said between 3:30 a.m. and 3:45 a.m. Tuesday, someone fired four or five rounds into a vehicle owned by Samuel Lee Henry while the car was parked on Kirk Street.

State police said Rye’s Bar & Restaurant was cited Monday for possessing or operating gambling devices or paraphernalia or permitted gambling/lotteries, poolselling and/or bookmaking on May 28, June 7, July 13, Aug. 6, Aug. 20, Sept. 16 and Sept. 17, 3013.

Brownsville police said no one was injured when vehicles driven by Katie Williams of Charleroi and Tyler Lent of Brownsville collided Monday at the intersection of McCormick and Georges streets.

Brownsville police said no one was injured when vehicles driven by John Burnett of Brownsville and Michael Kissner of Hiller collided Tuesday near the intersection of Spring Street and Route 40.
