From her delectable — and easy — recipes to her chic date-night style, Shereen Pavlides pulls out all the stops to help her followers entertain right, whether it’s Wednesday night dinner with the kids or a Sunday brunch party.

The Voorhees resident and brains behind the “Tweet and Eats” blog is now featured each week on the BurlingtonCountyTimes.com in “Cook This with Shereen,” whipping up fresh and healthy gourmet dishes.

Pavlides, a mom of two, has always loved cooking. When she started working in restaurants at age 14, she said she wanted to soak up as much knowledge as possible about the food world, but knew she didn’t want to stay in the traditional restaurant setting forever.

After marrying and starting a family (she’s a mom of two, a son and a daughter), she received formal training at New York’s Institute of Culinary Education, and went on to work with Cake Boss Buddy Valestro in Hoboken and with Good Housekeeping magazine as an extern.

As a contributing author for A&E Network’s “Lifetime Moms” and custom recipe creator for various national food companies, Pavlides has a wealth of experience in the food industry.

That has culminated in her blog, “Tweet and Eats,” which she launched in 2011. There, she posts recipes, entertaining tips and décor inspiration.
