EAST HUNTINGDON TWP.

Man injured in crash

State police said a vehicle driven by Charles W. Younkin, 39, of Connellsville crashed Thursday while being pursued on Route 819 by Scottdale police. Police said Younkin lost control of his car and crashed through a fence into St. Johns Cemetery. Police said the car rolled over and hit multiple head stones before Younkin was ejected. Police said Younkin sustained unknown injuries and was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh for treatment.

Pedestrian injured

State police said John F. Wolfe of Dunbar was struck by a car around 5:30 p.m. Friday on West Crawford Avenue. Police said Wolfe sustained minor injuries, but he refused medical treatment. Police said the motorist fled the scene.

BROWNSVILLE

Warrant served

Brownsville police took into police custody, Tara Crile, 30, of Richeyville on Thursday after becoming aware that she had bench warrants outstanding for theft and forgery from Washington County. Police said as Crile was being taken into custody, she struggled and fought with police so much so that assistance was needed from Redstone, West Brownsville, state constables and California police.

MASONTOWN

Man charged

Masontown police said Fred Lowry, 20, of Nemacolin was charged with criminal trespass and loitering/prowling after an incident Aug. 3 on Locust Street.

Generator stolen

State police said Lauri Kmetz of Vanderbilt reported that someone stole her portable generator Aug. 7 from her home on Tony Row.

DUNBAR TWP.

Cologne stolen

State police said Justin Jeremy Sullivan, 22, of Connellsville was charged with stealing a bottle of cologne — valued at $55.67 — on Saturday from Walmart.

MENALLEN TWP.

Pair charged

State police said Brian Clark, 34, and Leonard Williams, 50, both of Uniontown, were charged with harassment following a disturbance Sunday on Miller Farm Road.

UNIONTOWN

Woman assaulted

Loretta Fallecker of Uniontown reported that two women assaulted her and then fled the scene on Millview Street around 6:16 p.m. Friday, Uniontown police said.
