Recent arrests 12-28-14
The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette County between Dec. 23 and 25.
Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Karra Bregan, 25, of Uniontown was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of children.
William Bregan, 26, of Uniontown was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of children.
Tyler Kramer, 30, of Morgantown, W.Va., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Aaron Moyers, 37, of Bruceton Mills, W.Va., was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Derrick Anthony Bass, 24, of Uniontown was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.
Michael Allen Kassouf, 23, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Pamela D. Linberg, 45, of DuBois was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and driving under the influence of alcohol.
