The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette and Greene counties between Dec. 26 and 29.
Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Cody Allen Darrell, 19, of Connellsville was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.
Samantha Jean Grapes, 32, of Uniontown was charged with theft by deception.
Curtis Andrew David, 44, of Uniontown was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit theft by deception.
Amber S. Everly, 18, of Hiller was charged with retail theft and defiant trespass.
Michael Charles Hall, 23, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.
Megan Trombetta, 18, of Belle Vernon was charged with simple assault.
Eric Walter Frey, 29, of Uniontown was charged with robbery, theft by unlawful taking, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal conspiracy to commit robbery and criminal attempt to commit theft by unlawful taking.

Donald Horvath, 29, of West Leisenring was charged with simple assault, harassment, flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Daniel William Schroyer, 35, of Fairchance was charged with 20 counts of aggravated indecent assault, 38 counts of indecent assault, and one count of corruption of minors.
Anthony T. Minerd, 42, of Masontown was charged with two counts of simple assault.

Tammy L. Morgan, 32, of Waynesburg was charged with six counts each of theft by deception by creating a false impression, theft by deception for failing to correct a false impression and bad checks.
