The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette and Greene counties between July 22 to 24

Thomas Andrew Patterson, 29, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Richard Thomas, 29, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Andrew Harris, 52, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Tachicca Louise Fitzgerald, 22, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Heather Lee Fowler, 37, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Daniel Raymond Wisilosky, 30, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Paul Eugene Waddell III, 48, of Acme was charged with possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.

Samantha J. Phillips, 23, of Jefferson was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dewane A. Shultz, 33, of Dawson was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dusty Grogan, 23, of Connellsville was charged with fleeing or eluding police and resisting arrest.

Alma King, 56, of Connellsville was charged with driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance.

Bruce Wayne Mitchell, 41, of Uniontown was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aaron Dewayne McGee, 38, of Uniontown was charged with possession and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Heather Joy Metts, 37, of Uniontown was charged with possession and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Laura R. McClead, 40, of Point Marion was charged with bad checks.

Jason Patrick Rahm, 30, of Smithfield was charged with propelling missiles into an occupied vehicle.

Anita Jo Jones, 44, of Smithfield was charged with simple assault.

Justin Paugh, 20, of Lake Lynn was charged with simple assault.

William R. Farrier, 31, of Masontown was charged with burglary, reckless burning or exploding, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Misty M. Fowler, 27, of Masontown was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and terroristic threats.

Floyd Dewayne Coddington Jr., 30, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Rochelle Lynn Whoolery, 30, of Uniontown was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and two counts of criminal mischief.

Courtney Angelo Amatuccio, 24, of Fairchance was charged with theft by unlawful taking.

Joseph L. Neighbors III, 38, of Connellsville was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Jama Romaine Lee, 34, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Dominic Lombardi, 28, of Moosic was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Lou Dayich

Cody N. Martin, 22, of Mount Morris was charged with bad checks.

Price Anthony Gipe, 29, of Waynesburg was charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, possession and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua D. Brewer, 26, of Waynesburg was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit burglary and loitering and prowling.

Israel Diaz, 40, of Waynesburg was charged with aggravated harassment by a prisoner.

David Allen Lowry, 47, of Point Marion was charged with false statement for purchase of a firearm.

Stephen Paul Austin, 50, of Waynesburg was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, endangering the welfare of children, resisting arrest, and two counts of disorderly conduct.

Angie Marie Cox, 22, of Waynesburg was charged with 11 counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, four counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of criminal use of a communications facility.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Seth Lilley, 21, of Carmichaels was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless endangerment and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
