Man charged

State police said Peter James Dominick, 34, no address provided, was charged with fleeing from police, reckless endangerment and numerous traffic offenses. Police said they attempted to initiate a traffic stop June 12 on Hague Lane, but Dominick fled in his vehicle and later on foot. Police are unable to locate Dominick. Police said anyone with information about Dominick’s whereabouts should contact police at 724-439-7111.

FAIRCHANCE

Man charged

State police said Edward James Clark, 52, of Fairchance was charged with disorderly conduct because he was not wearing any pants, only in his underwear, as he yelled obscenities at passing motorists Friday on West Church Street.

Crash reported

State police said vehicles driven by John W. Burkland of Lemont Furnace and Joshua S. Crossland of Uniontown collided around 10:47 a.m. Sunday on Gallatin Avenue. Police said Burkland, who sustained major injuries, and Crossland, who sustained minor injuries, were taken to area hospitals.

Woman charged

State police said Rachelle Kay Dotson, 41, of Fairchance was charged with retail theft after she stole cosmetics July 7 from the Kmart on Matthew Drive.

Crash reported

State police said no one was injured when vehicles driven by David Colebank of Point Marion and Mark A. Kuhn of Midland, Va., collided July 14 at the intersection of Morgantown and Park streets.

Window damaged

Sheila Ann Rerko of Smithfield Road reported that someone threw a mailbox through her window Friday, state police said.

Bicycle stolen

State police said Cathy Brown of Uniontown reported that someone stole her bike July 23 while it was parked South Mount Vernon Avenue.

Man charged

State police said Thomas Robert Duckworth, 45, of Smithfield was charged with harassment after he pushed a 51-year-old Smithfield woman, name not provided, on Friday at a residence of Lewis Drive.

Crash reported

State police said vehicles driven by June E. Colinet and Randall J. Wise, both of Uniontown, collided June 23 at the intersection of Pittsburgh and Oliver roads. Police said Wise sustained moderate injuries and was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.

Vehicles burglarized

Masontown police have received several reports between Friday and Sunday of cars being entered and items being stolen. Police said the cars were unlocked, and they reminded residents to keep their vehicles locked when unattended, and to keep valuables out of sight.

Crash reported

State police said no one was injured when vehicles driven by Wesley A. Sanner of Normalville and Donald Shroyer of Mill Run collided Saturday on Baptist Church Road.

Home burglarized

State police said a 44-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man, both from Uniontown, names not provided, reported that someone broke into their Edmond Avenue home between Thursday and Sunday and stole various items, including a motorcycle.

Television stolen

Shelley Renee Baker, 47, of Clarksville reported that her television was stolen between July 11 and July 16 from her home on A Street, state police said.

Uniontown police said Darlene Grimes reported that her two purses were stolen Saturday from her home on Mifflin Avenue.

Uniontown police said William Cecil Abbey, 47, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault and harassment after he allegedly assaulted Rose Shaffer of Uniontown on Saturday during a cookout on Millview Street.

Uniontown police said Kenneth Baker, 50, of Uniontown was charged with public drunkenness after an incident Sunday on Johnson Avenue.

Uniontown police said Bill Patrick Greene Jr., 21, of Uniontown was charged with failure to register and failure to provide accurate information for sex offender registration on Sunday. Police said Greene reported living in the woods behind Pershing Court Manor, when he was staying somewhere else.

Kimberly Murphy of Douglas Street reported that someone broke into her home Sunday and stole various items, Uniontown police said.

Uniontown police charged Todd Knight, 39, of Uniontown with violating a protection-from-abuse order after an incident Saturday on Millview Street.

State police said McPatton’s Irish Pub of North Gallatin Avenue was cited July 18 by the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for alleged gambling violations on June 13.

State police said Nicholas Pollo of Houston was charged with public drunkenness after an incident Sunday on Bridge Street within the borough.

State police said Jason Erdely, 52, of Waynesburg was charged with harassment after he struck someone, name not provided, on June 28 on Grandview Avenue in Greene County.

John William Mateleska of Bobtown reported the rear window of his Cadillac was damaged July 22 while it was parked on Adelaide Street, state police said.

State police said Brian Rush, 42, of Carmichaels was charged with harassment after he struck someone, name not provided, on June 30 on North Eighty-Eight Road in Greene County.
