Thomas Earl Wingard Jr., 29, of 28 Olympic Circle, Coal Center was cited for disorderly conduct after he was allegedly involved in a domestic altercation at his home at 11 p.m. June 18, borough police said.

Jerred Lee Stepp, 30, of Fredericktown was charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly selling stolen property to the California Fast Cash Pawn Shop at 11 p.m. June 19, borough police said.
