Theft reported

State police said someone removed a Craftsman riding lawn mower and a GE washing machine from a home on Walnut Hill Road between Nov. 7 and Nov. 14.

Firearm violation

State police said they charged Shelia Thomas, 21, with a firearm violation after they discovered a gun in her possession without a valid permit during a traffic stop in Masontown on Oct. 10.

Money stolen

State police said someone entered a home on Artis Avenue and removed about $35 in change on Nov. 5.

Car damaged

Uniontown police said Gregory D. Sawyer reported his vehicle was damaged along Morgantown Street around 12:30 p.m. on Friday.

Car damaged

Uniontown police said John Holup reported someone broke in to his vehicle that was parked along Church Street near J Pauls shortly after 11 a.m. on Friday. Holup said his phone was damaged and money was stolen from within the car, according to police.

Crash reported

State police said they are investigating a hit-and-run crash that occurred on Thursday in the parking lot in front of Esther’s Bar. A witness said the car that fled was a gray sedan and it was being driven by a black woman, police said.

Barn damaged

State police said someone damaged boards on a barn located on Pine Street in Jefferson Borough, Greene County, between Nov. 20 and Nov. 21.

Building damaged

State police said someone forcibly entered a maintenance building on Bonar Avenue in Franklin Township, Greene County, between Nov. 7 and Nov. 10.

Mower stolen

State police said someone removed a Husqvarna mower from a property located on Washington Street.
