Guns stolen
Numerous firearms were stolen from Harold K. Miner’s home on Fairview Hill Road between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Nov. 25, state police said. Police ask anyone with information about the burglary to call the station at 724-439-7111.

Charges filed
Charges were filed against Dustin Eugene Wishard, 26, and Stephanie Nicole McLauchlin, 27, after they were allegedly found in possession of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia during a verbal argument at 7 Reservoir Road, Apt. 2, at 2:58 p.m. Nov. 22, state police said.

Warrant issued
An arrest warrant has been issued for Heidi Marie Harbarger, 39, unknown address, for allegedly failing to comply with registration of sexual offenders on Nov. 24, state police said. Police ask anyone with information about her whereabouts to call the station at 724-627-6151.

DUI charged
Robert Capan, 51, of Hopwood was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop on Main Street at Third Street in Lemont Furnace at 6:22 p.m. Oct. 29, state police said.

Burglary reported
Someone broke several windows and entered a building owned by Seth Menold in the 100 block of Water Street during the evening of Nov. 24, borough police said.

Tablet stolen
A computer tablet was reported stolen from Elaine Wood’s home in the 100 block of Broadway Street at 7:21 p.m. Nov. 25, borough police said.

Mailbox damaged
A mailbox along Upper Sandy Hollow Road owned by George Michael Everly and James R. Demarco of Vanderbilt was beaten with an unknown object on Nov. 23 before 7 a.m., state police said.

Vehicle accident
A vehicle driven by Kevin M. Burnsworth, 38, of Champion struck an embankment along Indian Creek Valley Road and rolled on to its side at 7:35 p.m. Nov. 24, state police said. He had a passenger. No injuries were reported. The township volunteer fire department and Fayette EMS also responded to the accident.
