Assault alleged
Simple assault and harassment charges were filed against Hasuan Stone, 30, of 64 E. Kerr St. for allegedly hitting Alise Farmer of Kerr Street during a domestic dispute at 8 a.m. Wednesday, city police said.

Charges filed
Charges were filed against Adam Shackelford of Grafton, W.Va., after he was allegedly found in possession of marijuana during a traffic stop on Pine Ridge Road on April 6, state police said.

Bar cited
Eddie’s Tavern on Francis Avenue was cited for allegedly selling or furnishing alcoholic beverages to a minor on Aug. 15, according to the state police bureau of liquor control enforcement.

Open container ordinance violation citations were filed against Alexandra P. Stockdale, 24, of 3106 S. Route 88, Dilliner and Richard M. Griffith, 26, of 145 Craig Ridge, Spencer, W.Va., following an incident on Main Street at 11:30 p.m. Sept. 26, Southwest Regional police said.

Property damaged
A large truck was allegedly driven through Joe John’s property on Litman Street and Highland Avenue and damaged the property sometime during the last two weeks, Southwest Regional police said. Police ask anyone with information about the incident to call the station at 724-929-8484.
