State police said David Albert Darnell, 35, of Gans reported that someone cut a rope used to tie a horse Monday on property along Mustard Lane.

Purse missing

Brownsville police said Sandy Ferrari reported Monday that her purse, which contained $180, and a baby bag were stolen from her vehicle while it was parked on Cadwaller Street.

Man charged

State police said Raymond Metts, 29, of Uniontown was charged with disorderly conduct after a disturbance Monday at Addiction Specialist Inc. on Pittsburgh Road.

State police said Jason Silbaugh of Fairchance reported that his vehicle was egged Sunday.

Woman charged

Connellsville police said Lorie Detore, 40, of Mill Run was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after she was found in an intoxicated condition Aug. 24 in the 100 block of East Francis Avenue.

Connellsville police said Tyrone Grant Betters, 47, of Connellsville was charged with criminal mischief after he took a watch that belonged to another man, name and address not provided, and threw it on the ground, stepped on it and broke it on Aug. 20 at Youghiogheny River Park.

Connellsville police said Timothy Ray Sufka, 20,of Connellsville was charged with retail theft after he stole $4 worth of merchandise from the Connellsville Shop n’ Save on Aug. 25.

Connellsville police said Christopher Lehman, 22, of Connellsville was charged with harassment after he was arguing with a woman, name and address not provided, when he grabbed her arm and twisted it Aug. 24 at a residence on Gibson Terrace.
