Crash reported
State police said no one was injured when a tractor-trailer tuck driven by James D. Garner of Loganville, Ga., crashed into a guide rail, rolled over onto its passenger side before coming to a rest against a tree around 8:13 a.m. Tuesday on Route 40 near the summit.
SALT LICK TWP.
Safe recovered
State police recovered a large black safe Wednesday from a creek along Red Dog Road. Police said the safe was damaged and has four metal wheels attached to the bottom. Anyone with information about the safe should contact police at 724-439-7111.

Crash reported
State police said vehicles driven by Anthony E. Loggins of Huntington, Texas, and Erin L. Sepesy of Uniontown collided Tuesday on Northgate Highway near West Main Street. Police said Sepesy sustained minor injuries and was taken to Uniontown Hospital.

Paycheck stolen
State police said Colleen Sara Moyer of Smithfield reported that her paycheck was stolen between Sept. 5 and Monday from her vehicle while it was parked on Foggy Meadow Lane.

Woman charged
California police said Holly Lynn Scapes, 21, of Belle Vernon was charged with driving under the influence after a traffic stop Sept. 4 at the intersection of Second and Liberty Street.

Quartet charged
California police said Christopher G. Tart, 25, Phillip C. Tart, 25, Challe L. Martin, 20, all of Donora and Jeffrey Knox, 22, of California were charged with disorderly conduct for fighting after an incident Sept. 4 at Spuds Restaurant on Wood Street. Police said Martin was also cited for underage drinking and criminal mischief after he urinated in holding cell, which required cleaning.

Man charged
California police said Leonard R. Polinski, 21, of Mars was cited for having an open container in a public place on Sept. 5 at Liberty Street.
JEFFERSON
Woman charged
State police said Raylin Jenne Ludrosky, 21, of Rices Landing was charged with criminal mischief, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after she threw a beer bottle and ash tray at a bartender on Monday at the Jefferson Hotel in Greene County.

Tools stolen
State police said Roger Lee Hodgson of Spraggs reported that someone stole his tools on Sunday from the back of his truck while it was parked on Tollgate Road in Greene County.
