The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette and Greene counties between Sept. 12 to Sept. 15. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Ford C. Hyson, 32, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault and harassment.
David Onyeama Alum, 31, of Uniontown was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, persons not to possess firearms, possession of a small amount of marijuana and receiving stolen property.
Solomon Michael Stevens, 20, of Hopwood was charged with possession of marijuana and providing false identification to a law enforcement officer.
