Items stolen

State police said Robin Bailey, 52, of Lemont Furnace, allegedly concealed items and attempted to leave the Dollar General at 2820 Morgantown Rpad, on March 24. She fled the scene and an arrest warrant has been issued for Bailey. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Uniontown at 724-439-7111.

Retail theft/deception

State police said Stephen Kozakovsky, 19 of Leisenring and Jason Carocci, 36, of Perryopolis allegedly stole an iPhone 5S demo from the Spring Store in the Uniontown Mall and then sold the phone at the ecoATM kiosk at the mall sometime between March 21 and 22.

ID theft

State police said Alexander Lewis Frye, 26, of 2022 Mountain View Road, opened up an account with DirectTV using a 24-year-old victim’s name and Social Security number from July 26, 2012, through Nov. 24, 2012, and left an unpaid bill of $1,145.09.

Harassing calls

State police said David Hall, 59, of 336 Back Creek Road, harassed a 49-year-old woman multiple times via telephone.

Charges filed

State police charged Shawn E. Martisko, 31, of Morgantown, Thomas K. Lingenfield, 32, of Point Marion and Tyler A. Gump, of Waynesburg with criminal mischief and harassment following an incident on April 10 involving three victims.

Man charged

State police charged Chad Alan Russell, 34, with possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on March 31, following a retail theft.

Theft charges

State police said Tonya Lynn Bricker, 22, stole prescription medication on March 30 from a 43-year-old female victim without approval.

Women charged

Retail theft charges were filed against Sara Adele Farrell, 29 and Marlene Elizabeth Michaux, 26, after state police say the two women allegedly stole a baby stroller valued at $149.99 from the Super Kmart on March 29.

SPRINGHILL TWP.

Property found

State police found a platform dolly on SR 119 at Fallen Timbers Road on April 10. Contact PSP Uniontown at 724-439-7111 with description of the dolly to claim the property.
