State police said four people were charged after a heated dispute involving drivers doing doughnuts Sunday in Nicholson Township.

Police said Charles Andrew Louie, Chastity C. Schroyer and a 14-year-old boy from Masontown were doing doughnuts on ATVs along with a 17-year-old Martin boy, who was driving dough nuts with his truck, when things got out of hand around 6 p.m. in the area near Gray’s Landing.

Police said the 17-year-old threw gravel in Louie’s direction, and Louie responded by throwing a rock at the 17-year-old boy’s truck, breaking its windshield, police said. Police said the 17-year-old parked his truck in a parking lot near 583 Broadway St.

Louie, Schroyer and the 14-year-old boy got into an argument and fight with the 17-year-old, who then fled the scene, police said.

Police said all parties involved were charged with disorderly conduct. Additionally, Louie was charged with criminal mischief, while Schroyer, the 14-year-old boy and 17-year-old boy were charged with harassment.
