David Michael Elsbury, 60, of Ronco was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

George Arthur Powell, 54, of Fairchance was charged with dissemination of child pornography, criminal use of a communications facility and 16 counts of possession of child pornography.

William Michael Jellick, 35, of Lemont Furnace was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason Douglas Miller, 34, of Uniontown was charged with theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception.

Johnathan Perry Tristani, 25, of Smithfield was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Jeremy Raymond Moccaldi, 43, of Smithfield was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of alcohol.
