Connie Ann Spishock, 66, of Perryopolis was cited for cruelty to animals for allegedly neglecting to provide veterinary care for her dog, which was found dead at a home on Lake Front Road at 6:10 p.m. on Aug. 10, state police said.

Brownsville Borough police said Cheryl Carr reported that someone hit her car as it was parked along her Howard Street home sometime between Thursday and Tuesday.

State police said Christopher Valentine, 23, reported that someone spray-painted obscenities on his Russell Road home on Monday.

Man charged
State police said Jay Matthew Jordan, 46, of Smithfield was charged with driving under the influence of prescribed medication after he overturned his vehicle on Walnut Hill Road on July 27. Police said they observed a white substance on Jordan.

State police said Cameron Scott Leonard, 20, of Wexford was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance after he was found unresponsive on Heritage Road on August 4.

State police said they served fugitive arrest warrants Monday on Jay Bergman of Adah who was wanted for robbery charges, Chad Roberts of Carmichaels who was wanted for several summary warrants and Eddy Bryant of Carmichaels who was wanted for possession with intent to deliver.
