Man charged

State police said Robert Dale Russell, 33, of Dunbar was charged with criminal trespass after he allegedly entered the Uniontown Walmart on July 1. Russell was allegedly banned from all Walmart locations following an incident at the Greensburg Walmart in June.

NORTH UNION TWP.

Bike stolen

State police said Parke Kinley, 26, of Lemont Furnace reported that someone stole his Yamaha YFZ 450 ATV from his Raymond Road home on July 23.
