Guns stolen
Uniontown police said George Suhar reported the theft of a Ruger SR9 and a Taurus 709, both 9mm pistols, from his North Gallatin Avenue home between Wednesday and Sunday.

Charges filed
Simple assault and harassment charges were filed against Devin Michael Fitzgerald, 26, of Uniontown for allegedly striking Tiffany Sanner during a domestic dispute in Pershing Court at 3:15 a.m. Saturday, Uniontown police said.

Man cited
Timothy Weaver, 56, of Masontown was cited for criminal trespass, criminal mischief and public drunkenness after he was found allegedly sleeping in a travel trailer parked off of South Main Street at 12:32 a.m. Saturday, Masontown police said, noting that he allegedly broke into the trailer.

Criminal mischief charges were filed against Karen Burkholer of White for allegedly breaking a window on a trailer on Ash street in Melcroft owned by Kevin Burkholder of Melcroft at 8:50 p.m. Friday, state police said.

Hutch’s, 1099 Route 119, was cited for allegedly furnishing alcoholic beverages to a 20-year-old minor on July 22, according to the state police bureau of liquor control enforcement.

Dogwood Acres, 185 Maple Summit Road, was cited for allegedly furnishing alcoholic beverages to a 20-year-old minor on July 22, according to the state police bureau of liquor control enforcement.

Minor injury
Vehicles driven by Harold V. Jones, 65, of Wallace, West Virginia, and John Rubish, 38, of Dunbar were involved in an accident on Route 51 near JG’s Exxon at 1 p.m. Saturday, state police said. Rubish suffered a minor injury.
