Man charged
Chad Mickens, 45, of Uniontown was charged for allegedly assaulting a 52-year-old Uniontown woman and fleeing the scene on West Askren Street Monday morning.

Two-vehicle accident
State police said two vehicles crashed on Sickle Ridge Road near Dark Hollow Road Monday morning. Police said driver Timothy Hickle, 49, and his passenger David Zebley Jr., 36, both of Gibbon Glade, and driver James Bakosh, 23, of Confluence and Mattie Lewis, 20, of Markleysburg reported no injuries.

Stolen vehicle recovered
State police are investigating a stolen 2010 gray Dodge Nitro belonging to James Agostini, 46, of Perryopolis recovered on Carson Street near Coolspring Street, Saturday.

Three-vehicle accident
State police said a vehicle driven by a 17-year-old Uniontown boy with a 13-year-old Uniontown passenger hit a stopped vehicle driven by Kathleen Davidson, 69, of Hopwood on National Pike at the intersection with Bryson Boulevard at about 2:47 p.m. Tuesday and pushed Davidson’s vehicle into a vehicle driven by Mary Cellurale, 21, of Hopwood who was driving with a passenger, Kathy Cellurale, 56, also of Hopwood. The 13-year-old reported minor injuries.

Criminal mischief
Marvin Decker, 63, of Fairchance reported his vehicle’s tire was damaged while parked at 30 E. Church St. between 11 p.m. Nov. 17 and 7 a.m. Nov. 18.

Fraud
Brad Workman, 31, of Newell reported someone activated a phone under his name without his knowledge or permission in 2012. He said it was active for three months.

Burglary
Randy Santina, 28, of Union Township reported someone broke into a Victoria Drive residence and stole a Smith and Wesson 9-mm revolver Nov. 30.
