The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette and Greene counties between Dec. 1 to 3. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Robert Azare Jr., 44, homeless, was charged with two counts of simple assault.

Dontashay Thomas, no age given, of Uniontown, was charged with theft.

Jade McKinnon, 31, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft and trespass.

William Hollowood, 32, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Jack Holt Sr., 59, of Brownsville was charged with retail theft.

Barbara Lewis, 29, of New Salem was charged with fleeing an officer and two counts of reckless endangerment.

Jack Driscoll, 25, of Connellsville was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Howard Yekel, 45, of Rices Landing was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Tina Harris, 54, of Perryopolis was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Tina Malone, 43, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Franklin Hiles, 32, of Dunbar was charged with retail theft.

Joshua Anthony, 21, of Connellsville was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Violet Piper, 50, of Ronco was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Jeanna Shaffer, 18, of Ronco was charged with simple assault.

Harry Parker, 35, of Smithfield was charged with bad checks.

Dawn Firestone, 29, of Connellsville was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Derek Baird, 21, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bobby Bishop, 32, of Masontown was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and six counts of driving under the influence.

Ellen Gonzales, 25, of Lemont Furnace was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Deborah Pishko, 40, of McClellandtown was charged with 15 counts of forgery and 30 counts of theft.

Michael Emrick, 36, of Aliquippa was charged with forgery and two counts of theft.

Dan Whetsel, 65, of Dunbar was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Greene County

Kai-Leigh Wiegmann, 25, of Clarksville was charged with seven counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Laina Winters, 49, of Parker was charged with contraband, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gerald Estle, 62, of Waynesburg was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Mark Kapcala, 59, of Jefferson was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Ralph Martin, 35, of Waynesburg was charged with retail theft.

John Philips, 21, of Jefferson was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Scott Lenhart, 32, of Crucible was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Angelica Lawver, 23, of Uniontown was charged with false identification and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Yvonne Miller, 47, of Rices Landing was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Douglas Palmer, 55, of Fredricktown was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Jason Sadowski, 30, of Waterford was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.
