A simple assault charge and a summary harassment citation filed against Amy Rutter, 34, of Chalk Hill were dismissed Wednesday.

Criminal mischief
The door of the concession stand and storage shed of Township Park in Bobtown was damaged sometime between Nov. 21 and Dec. 5, police said.

Access device fraud
Police said a white man wearing a black and white jacket with a fur collar, blue jeans and white shoes used a 33-year-old Uniontown man’s debit cards to make fraudulent purchases at the Connellsville Walmart and Sheetz and Uniontown Dollar General, Nov. 28.

A Farmington woman reported her license plate number JPH3486 was lost or stolen between Sept. 1 and Dec. 6.

State police said someone stole 11 commercial truck batteries from First Student between Dec. 3 and 4.

A blue Yamaha TTR-90 dirt bike was recovered at 63 Second St. in Collier Dec. 4.

Accident reported
Police said no injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Church Street and Beeson Avenue, Dec. 5. Driver Jeffrey Wallace reported he was in the intersection with a green light when a truck driven by Wendell Charles entered the intersection. Wallace said he was unable to stop, and hit the truck. Police said diesel fuel was pouring into the roadway.

Crash reported
Police said two vehicles crashed when a vehicle ran a red light at the intersection of Morgantown and Main Streets Saturday. One driver was transported to the hospital by Fayette EMS for injuries.
