Charges filed

Borough police said they are charging Savon Latrell Salter, 21, of Pittsburgh with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly taking a parked bicycle, riding it around and then disposing of it blocks away from where ti was taken at 12:02 a.m. Dec. 10.

Two cited

Borough police said they are charging Stewart McNeal, 20, of Elkhart, Ind., and Devon Michael Thomas, 23, of York with violating the disorderly house ordinance for allegedly hosting a large and noisy party at their 513 Second St. apartment at 2:21 a.m. Dec. 5.
