Palle Santiago, 39, of Lorain, Ohio, was charged with driving under the influence after he was allegedly found passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle at the intersection of Route 119 and Morrell Avenue on Nov. 18.

Theft of scrap metal
Jesse Klink II, 24, of Smock was charged after he called police to report an unrelated crime Sept. 28. Police said they questioned him about scrap metal that was allegedly in the back of his truck. He allegedly told them he stole it earlier that night from Fayette Welding and Machine Fabrication and Weight.

Amy Armstrong, 28, of Pittsburgh was charged with driving under the influence after she was allegedly stopped at the intersection of Malden Road and Route 43 on Dec. 6.

Torrie Brown, 23, of Grove City was charged after she allegedly hosted a disorderly party with noise, parking, littering and drug use Dec. 8. Police said the occupants continued boisterous conduct after police left.

Brent McCormick, 19, of New Castle was charged with retail theft and carrying a false identification card after he allegedly hid $7 worth of Slim Jims in his hoodie pocket Dec. 8.

Kevin Wells, 22, of Smithfield was charged with criminal trespass after an alleged incident on Boulevard Street Nov. 13.

Robert Lee Jr., 46, of Uniontown was charged after he was found allegedly intoxicated near Coffey Street and North Gallatin Avenue, Tuesday.

State police said someone threw eggs on a car and property belonging to a 51-year-old Connellsville woman on East End Road between Nov. 20 and Dec. 12.

Police said someone vandalized the car wash machine on National Pike on Dec. 10. They are looking for a gray Dodge Ram with an orange No. “96” on the rear window operated by a white male in his 50s or older with a long gray beard.

Police are investigating a fraudulent charge on a credit card for $47.12 to BeachBody.com Dec. 3. The card belongs to a 60-year-old Uniontown man.
