Woman charged

State police said Alicia Marie Kelley, 18, of Smithfield, and a 79-year-old woman were charged with simple assault after they allegedly hit a 35-year-old man in the head with a roll of paper and a can of spaghetti sauce after an argument on Smithfield Masontown Road on Monday.

Man charged

State police said Michael Joseph Swink, 40, of Vanderbilt was charged with making terroristic threats, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person after he allegedly pointed a gun at a 29-year-old West Leisenring man after an altercation on Route 119 at Bells Garage on Nov. 27.

Batteries stolen

State police said Robert Dale Hillen, 19, of Uniontown was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property after he allegedly stole six batteries valued at $1,050 from XTO Energy on Little Summit Road on Oct. 28.

ATV Stolen

State police said someone stole an ATV from a backyard on Nicholson Street on Nov. 7, and later allegedly abandoned it a few miles away after stealing multiple items from it.

Bike stolen

State police said someone stole a child’s bike from a home on Main Street on Sept. 13.

Watch stolen

State police said someone stole an antique Elgin pocket watch from a business in the Laurel Mall on Sept. 27.

Vehicle damaged

State police said a 16-year-old reported that someone keyed their driver side door on Nov. 19 while parked along Bailey Avenue.

Fraud reported

State police said a female between 20 and 30 years old, around 5’6″, allegedly used a 65-year-old Normalville woman’s debit card to purchase $651 worth of items at the Speedway in Oakmont, PA between Nov. 4 and 6.

SOUTH UNION TWP.

Fraud reported

State police said a man believed to be in his 30s, around 5’6″ and wearing a brown Carhart jacket with jeans and tan boots, allegedly stole an 18-year-old Uniontown woman’s wallet and attempted to use her debit card at Walmart between Nov. 20 and 23.

JEFFERSON TWP.

Card stolen

State police said Susan Michelle Sumey reported that someone stole her Macy’s credit card information to make unauthorized purchases on Friday.

FRANKLIN TWP.

Items stolen

State police said James William Eddy, 52, reported that someone stolen various items from his driveway on Washington Road while moving them inside on Monday.

Accident reported

State police said Larry K. Visser, 65, of Washington sustained an injury Friday when the vehicle he was driving on Route 21 collided with a vehicle driven by Joseph Elliot, 40, of Flemington, West Virginia, who also sustained a minor injury.
