The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette and Greene counties between Feb. 20 to 23. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Markus Jerell Brown, 26, of Connellsville was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ashley Rae Riggin, 25, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan Bailey, 26, of New Salem was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brooke Lee Collins, 28, of Uniontown was charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Vincent Paul Cossell, 33, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Walter Brian McFadden, 41, of Connellsville was charged with endangering the welfare of children and simple assault.

Kaitlin Alyssa Lilly, 22, of Charleroi was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ian Mathew Dunn, 32, of New Salem was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Curtis Matthew Harmon, 28, of Uniontown was charged with defiant trespass.

Dagoberto A. Martinze-Garcia, 33, of Albin, Texas, was charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness.

Charles Samuel Sigwalt, 21, of Fairchance was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Martin David Daugherty, 47, of Point Marion was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Kassey Kay King, 22, of Uniontown was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle and theft from a motor vehicle.

Michael Kolosky, 22, of Uniontown was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle and theft from a motor vehicle.

Palmer James Hill, 21, of Republic was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit theft from a motor vehicle and theft from a motor vehicle.

Edward John Clark, 52, of Fairchance was charged with criminal trespass.

Alyssa Theresa Ortiz, 21, of Crucible was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Balishia Nicole Harden, 28, of Point Marion was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of children and resisting arrest.

John Henry Cain, 36, of Grindstone was charged with unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a communication facility and attempted corruption of minors.

Joshua Kinsey Logan, 34, of Vanderbilt was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Lou Dayich

Waylon Hodge Hanlan, 27, of Mount Morris was charged with fleeing or eluding, tampering with evidence and reckless endangerment.

Cody Ray, 27, of Clarksville was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
