The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette and Greene counties between April 28 to April 30. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Daniel Ponce, 36, of Texas was charged with driving under the influence.
Vaughn Eric Jones Jr., 29, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charles Mills Jr., 45, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
Curtis Matthew Harmon, 28, of Uniontown was charged with attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm, receiving stolen property, firearms not to be carried without a license, recklessly endangering another person, two counts of simple assault and two counts of criminal mischief, burglary and theft.
Richard Lee Harbaugh Jr., 47, of Uniontown was charged with four counts of indecent exposure, four counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of corruption of minors and five counts of open lewdness.

Rachel Mae Powley, 34, of Connellsville was charged with aggravated assault while driving under the influence and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.
Rebecca Lynn Kelecic, 29, of Adah was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
