The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette and Greene counties between Oct. 2 to 5. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Dorothy Morgan, 27, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Scott Widener, 43, of Albion was charged with rape of a child and three counts each of aggravated indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old.

Oliver Fitzgerald, 44, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arlene Booker, 37, of Uniontown was charged with defiant trespass.

Charles Smith, 30, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Melissa Evans, 35, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Daniel Brown, 54, of Uniontown was charged with government obstruction, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Nicholle Lee, 27, of Connellsville was charged with theft.

Sonya Brangard, 24, of Uniontown was charged with defiant trespass.

Lori Hough, 44, of Brownsville was charged with accident involving death or injury without proper license.

Jaime Battaglini, 28, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Williams, 34, of Mill Run was charged with possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kelly Hogan, 28, of Connellsville was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Sarah Miller, 24, of Connellsville was charged with five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Skylor Lilley, 23, of Normalville was charged with terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and simple assault.

Stephanie Kelly, 23, of Finleyville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Arnold Cramer, 51, of Fayette City was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Kayla Smith, 25, of Vanderbilt was charged with retail theft.

Elenora Colbert, 39, of New Salem was charged with simple assault.

Lori Glotfelty, 37, of Farmington was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.

Ronald Stotka III, 18, of Markleysburg was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tony Kelley, 36, of New Milton, West Virginia was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shawn Diehl, 43, of Hopewell was charged with theft by deception.

Krystal Daugherty, 27, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Brandi Miller, 24, of Jeanette was charged with retail theft.

Melissa Silbaugh, 47, of Lemont Furnace was charged with receiving stolen property and corruption of minors.

Erik Olsen, 25, of Hidden Valley was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of driving under the influence.

Paul Hatlapatka, 23, of Perryopolis was charged with theft by deception and two counts each of simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

Michelle Lucas, 40, of Donora was charged with driving under the influence.

Shawn Copeland, 43, of Scottdale was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Greene County

Ian Nakonechni, 28, of Holbrook was killing or maiming a domesticated animal.

Brittany Elli, 24, of Greensboro was charged with driving under the influence.

Krista Aberegg, 23, of New Freeport was charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicle and two counts of theft.
