BROWN SUGAR KRAUT

1 lb. kraut

½ cup apple cider vinegar

½ cup brown sugar (packed)

1 tbsp. ground mustard

Combine all ingredients. Bake with pork, hot dogs, kielbasa (your meat choice). May be baked for 20 minutes alone at 350 degrees and served with above meats. Note: I always have on New Year’s Day with pork roast and dumplings.
