PEPPERONI SPINACH ROLL
- 1 loaf Rhodes frozen bread (thawed)
- 1½ packs frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
- ½ onion (finely chopped)
- 6 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- ¼ lb. pepperoni
- Delallo rosemary and garlic and garlic and tomato dipping sauces
- 1 can pizza sauce of choice
Fry pepperoni until grease is out. Chop and set aside. In separate pan, fry onion, garlic & thawed spinach until excess water from spinach is gone. Spread bread loaf out on greased 10″X20″ cutting board. Spread spinach mix and chopped pepperoni on bread load leaving 2″ space around one edge to easily fold over and seal. Roll towards the edge of the 2″ space. Fold and seal. Gently transfer to greased baking pan. Brush egg to coat the top. Sprinkle Delallo seasonings on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown. Slice and dip in pizza sauce, if desired.
